How Do I Order Meals

Menus

We distribute menus each week for our clients to choose their meals.  These menus must be returned by the date stated on the menu.  This allows the kitchen to estimate the amount of ingredients required each week.

Meals.

We deliver meals on weekdays (excluding public holidays).

We currently offer a choice of 3 fresh meals a day (2 cooked meals and a salad).  These cooked meals can be delivered as either Hot or Cold meals.

If you order Hot meals, we heat the meals up prior to delivery.  Under the Food safety rules, these meals cannot be reheated.  They need to be consumed as soon as possible after delivery. We cannot put them in a fridge.  If you are not home for the delivery, we must bring the meals back to the kitchen and they are then destroyed.  In this case you will still be charged for the meal.

If you order Cold meals, these have a “Use by Date” of 3 days.  Heating instructions are on the cover of the meal.

We also offer a choice of 16 frozen meals. These can be delivered on a weekly basis if required.

In addition to the main meals, we also offer a daily soup and/or sweet

Sandwiches are also available.

Weekend Needs

Frozen meals or salads are available to cover your weekend needs and will be delivered on Fridays. Frozen meals MUST  be stored in your freezer. Heating instructions, both microwave and conventional ovens, are on the meal container.

Weekly Deliveries

This is a single weekly delivery of frozen meals. You can order frozen meals from a choice of 16 meals either as a main meal only or a meal pack with frozen soup and dessert as well.

To use this option you must have the capability of reheating the meals in either a microwave or a conventional oven. The frozen meals have reheating instructions on the container.

Special Diets

Meals can be modified to suit a client's dietary requirements such as gluten free, dairy free and texture modified. Please contact the office staff to discuss any special meal requirements.

Delivery requirements

As a food service organisation, we have a duty of care that you receive a nutritious meal delivered within set temperature requirements. Due to these requirements, we have to personally deliver the meal to the client. We are unable to leave meals unattended or in eskies.
